BeehiveMind is beekeeping software that records by voice. Beekeepers record hive inspections and harvests with voice commands during the inspection, without touching a screen, and the iOS and Android app keeps recording where there is no signal. Everything lands on the web dashboard as one row per visit, so a colony's whole season reads top to bottom. An inspection covers fourteen readings: frames, population, pollen, honey, eggs, closed brood, queen seen, queen cells, queen year, varroa, American and European foulbrood, and nosema. The dashboard charts how each reading changes over the season. Apiaries sit on a map with their hives, the local weather forecast and recent inspections. Treatments are planned as a course, with every dose scheduled and a reminder when one is due. Feeding and harvest records sit beside the inspections, and costs and income are tracked by category with a monthly review. Every hive gets a QR label, and your data is exportable at any time. Free for one apiary with up to 10 hives, no card needed. Pro (€5/month) adds unlimited apiaries and hives, treatment schedules and reminders, financial tracking, weather per apiary and QR labels for every hive. Enterprise adds several users on one operation, per-user roles and bulk import of existing records.
