Bedel answers the WhatsApp line of student residences, university halls, colivings and businesses with premises. It handles repeated questions (opening hours, rules, meals, parcels, room bookings) and sends anything it should not decide to the phone of the person in charge, by org chart and shift. Every fault is logged with who reported it, who it was assigned to and the time of each step, and exports to Excel. If nobody picks it up within the configured deadline, the alert goes up to the manager and then to the director. Staff and residents use WhatsApp, with nothing to install. Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland), with a published GDPR data processing agreement (art. 28).
