BeckonDesk is visitor and contractor management that runs in a web browser. Visitors, contractors and staff sign in at a tablet kiosk (any iPad or Android tablet, no app to install) or from their own phone. Every name and company is screened against five public sanctions lists (OFAC SDN, the US Consolidated Screening List, the UN, EU and UK lists) plus your own watchlist. BeckonDesk prints badges, emails hosts when their visitor arrives and posts to Microsoft Teams or Slack. Contractors are checked at the kiosk for expired certificates, inductions and company insurance, and permits to work are tracked. In an emergency, fire marshals run a live evacuation roll call on their own phones. Pre-registration, deliveries, staff sign-in, Microsoft Entra ID sync, webhooks and CSV exports are all included.
