bebonium is a web-based survey platform that organisations use to run customer and employee feedback surveys. It supports Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Customer Effort Score and custom surveys, with question groups, conditional logic, custom rating scales and question import from spreadsheets. Surveys are sent as personal single-use links by email or SMS, or shared through one open link. Sending can be scheduled, limited to a filtered group of contacts, followed by automatic reminders, and repeated on a schedule. Results include favourability scores, a breakdown by question and question group, and a 12-week trend, and can be filtered or compared by fields the organisation defines, such as department or region, or exported as a PDF report. Each survey is set as confidential or anonymous before it is published. Results for groups below a set minimum size are not shown, and anonymous responses are not linked to individuals. Surveys are available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Arabic. The platform includes user roles with page-level permissions, an activity log, sign-in with Google, Microsoft or SAML single sign-on, syncing of staff lists from HR systems, and webhooks for sending out results. It is offered on a free plan and on paid plans with higher usage limits.
