Tools like the workflow assistant commands, the intelligent search bar, and the data search widgets make it much easier to find information quickly and complete tasks without having to navigate through multiple modules. Overall, these capabilities speed up information retrieval and streamline day-to-day operations, making the experience noticeably more efficient.

What I like best about Beacon.li is how it transforms a complex HRMS into a simple, intent-driven experience through its AI Copilot. In daily use, HR admins and employees can complete tasks, find information, and resolve issues instantly using natural language rather than navigating multiple menus and tabs. This significantly improves productivity, reduces frustration, and lowers support dependency across the organisation.

What I like best about Beacon is not only the product, but the people behind it. As an intern who was allocated as the resource person for Phase 2 implementations, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Beacon team, and the level of support I received was truly exceptional. The availability and responsiveness of the Project Manager and the Development Engineer is something I deeply appreciate. In many projects, responses can take days, but with the Beacon team I often received help within less than an hour. This made the implementation process much smoother and helped me learn quickly. I also received excellent training from the Beacon team's Dev Engineer, and it was one of the most valuable learning experiences during my internship. Whenever clarification was needed while implementing, the team patiently explained concepts and ensured that every question was addressed. From a product perspective, Beacon is well designed, responsive, and cleanly implemented. The workflows are clear, and the system structure allows implementers to work with the platform efficiently. What makes Beacon truly special is the combination of a strong product and an incredibly supportive team. The professionalism, technical expertise, and willingness to help create a very positive implementation experience. Even as an intern, I always felt respected and supported, and that meant a lot to me 🫡. Overall, I have a very strong and positive impression of Beacon, both as a product and as a team.
