BB9

1 review

BB9 is an AI-powered DM setter that automates the full inbound sales conversation, from first message to booked call, on Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Unlike single-model chatbots, BB9 runs a multi-agent swarm: separate agents activate for qualification, disqualification, response timing and follow-up based on what the conversation needs. A dedicated disqualification agent identifies hard disqualifiers early so closers only see leads who actually fit. The system uses a pitch-first qualification method, calibrated to the owner's actual DM transcripts rather than generic prompt customization. BB9 integrates with GoHighLevel and any calendar system for booking, and sends conversation summaries to closers via GHL before each call. Pricing is per engaged conversation (3+ messages), not per message.
