It keeps each repair on one connected work order from appointment and check-in through digital inspection, estimate, customer authorization, technician work, invoice, payment, and vehicle history. Technicians can use a phone or tablet to see assigned work, record findings, attach photos and voice notes, log labor, and flag parts delays from the bay. Service advisors build estimates from those findings and keep approved, declined, and deferred work tied to the job. Owners and managers can see workload, stalled repairs, closed work, and receivables without interrupting the shop floor. BayNerve also includes scheduling, customer and vehicle records, roles and permissions, reporting, a customer portal, and searchable service history. The base subscription is $49.99 per month for the whole shop, with no per-user pricing, contract, or implementation fee.
