The platform is outstanding. It is appealing for both buyers and sellers. The video introduction shared by the seller is excellent. Nice to have a face to put with the name. Much more personable and user friendly. The interface of the platform for uploading financials, licenses, leases, etc is terrific and well laid out for the potential buyers to review. NDA's are automated. The business listings are well written and create excitement. The value that Baton offers compared to other traditional business brokers was very compelling to me. A better platform for less money is certainly a win win for sellers. The team at Baton was top notch. My broker held weekly Zoom meetings with me and the buyer during the escrow period. Prior to that, Reid vetted interested parties and made sure I was not wasting time speaking with parties that were not a good fit. In addition, Baton had my business pre-qualified for an SBA loan for a buyer. And we had multiple offers in a very short amount of time. Baton has the best platform which is continues to develop and enhance. AI is now a part of the platform which further separates Baton from the competition. They have a large database of individuals looking to purchase companies which also includes those that have sold their companies using Baton. Bottom line for me is that I chose well by selling via Baton. I cannot think of any particular detail where I would not give them a "10" rating. HIGHLY recommend. Hands down, the only place you need to consider if you are buying or selling a business.
