BeepSweep makes sure a missed call still reaches you. When you can't pick up, the call comes back within seconds as readable text: a one-sentence summary, the key details (times, amounts, who called), the full transcript, the original audio, and a draft reply you can send with one tap — delivered on WhatsApp, SMS or email. You keep your own number and nothing changes for the people calling you. When you want calls genuinely answered, switch on Sweep, the AI receptionist. Sweep greets callers, always states at the start that it is an AI, asks who is calling and why, judges urgency, and sends you a briefing. Higher plans add a knowledge base built from your own website, opening hours and routing rules, and a separate line and inbox for each team member. Setup takes about two minutes through conditional call forwarding — no new number, nothing to install. Free plan available (15 messages per month, no credit card); paid plans from EUR 6.99 per month with no per-call charges. Hosted in Amsterdam, AES-256 encrypted, and calls are never used to train models. Appointment booking and live transfer are currently in beta.
