Basicloud lets companies build secure, white-label portals for customers, partners, contractors and employees on top of the systems they already run, starting with Salesforce (NetSuite and HubSpot coming soon). Connect your Salesforce org with OAuth and configure portals without code: drag-and-drop layout builder, visual sharing rules, and list, kanban and calendar views on any standard or custom object. Data is never copied or synced. Every screen reads live from Salesforce, so your org stays the single source of truth. Portals are fully branded, with your logo, colors, custom domain and multi-language support, including Hebrew/RTL. Ready-made modules cover Task Boards, Hour Reporting (hours and expenses with a monthly lock) and Payment Report (payment approval before billing). Security is built in: multi-tenant isolation, row-level access control layered on Salesforce permissions, two-factor authentication, encrypted tokens and full audit trails.
