Barrett and Welsh is a rare Canadian branding and advertising agency: visible minorities own the majority of the company. Not surprisingly, we specialize in communications that create inclusion for minorities. Our work has helped clients like 3M, Allstate, Bell, Dish, P&G, Rogers, Shaw, Sobeys, TD and Walmart better serve Canada’s South Asian, Chinese, Black, Filipino, Latin American and Middle Eastern visible minority immigrants.
