Barclo is booking, payments and client management software for UK pet care businesses: dog walkers, pet sitters, groomers, boarders, day care providers and trainers. It replaces the WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and notepads most small pet businesses run on with one system for the whole team. Clients book through the business's own booking page and only see times that are free. Regular walks and visits top themselves up weeks ahead, and a full or closed date is flagged rather than silently lost. Owners can send a month's invoices in one go, take card payments and deposits through their own Stripe account, and let Barclo send polite payment reminders automatically. Out on the job, the Barclo app for iPhone and Android tracks walks with GPS, logs wees, poos, photos and video, and sends the owner a visit report when the walk is done. Pet profiles keep health, behaviour, vaccination and emergency contact details in front of everyone on the team. For licensed day care and boarding, Barclo includes e-signed consent forms, daily team logs and a licence-inspection register. It's built in the UK for UK businesses: pounds and pence, UK bank holidays, a VAT threshold tracker, an export for Xero and QuickBooks, and data hosted in the UK. One plan includes every feature and unlimited team members, with no per-person fees and no contract.
