BHyve Grow is an enterprise learning management system that helps organizations train their people, track development, and build the skills the business needs, without the overhead of a complex LMS. Getting people trained and keeping them current is harder than it should be. Course content lives in inboxes and shared drives. Managers do not know who has completed what. New joiners wait weeks before they are productive. Compliance training is tracked on spreadsheets. Grow is built to fix that. Administrators and managers can build and deliver training using video, PDF, and external links, or schedule offline sessions alongside digital content. MCQ-based assessments measure understanding; certifications are issued automatically on completion. Courses can be assigned manually by admins and managers, self-enrolled by learners, or triggered automatically based on role, department, or joining date, so the right training reaches the right person without anyone having to chase it. Skill profiles and gap analysis give managers a clear view of where their teams are strong and where coverage is thin. Team-level dashboards and compliance reporting make it easy to show progress to leadership and flag what is overdue before it becomes a risk. Grow runs on mobile so learning is not tied to a desk, which matters in manufacturing plants, field teams, and distributed operations where people are not always in front of a computer. The same enterprise security foundation runs underneath. Each customer's data is isolated in its own database schema, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and never used to train AI models. Access runs through your own identity provider via SSO (SAML 2.0 / OpenID Connect, compatible with Entra ID, ADFS, and Google Workspace), with role-based access control and optional VPN and native device-level access locking enforced by BHyve independently of your identity provider. Data is hosted in India by default. BHyve Grow is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type I attested, with SOC 2 Type II underway and data handling aligned to India's DPDP Act, 2023. Grow is available in four deployment models: Shared Cloud (default, fully managed), Private Cloud (dedicated and isolated), Client's Cloud (entirely within your own Azure, AWS, or GCP), and Hybrid. It shares a single SSO and identity layer with BHyve Wiki and BHyve Ask, so organizations using more than one product manage access from one place. BHyve Ask is the intelligence layer that sits over your existing repositories, SharePoint, Google Drive, SAP, local serversfolders, and makes them answerable without moving a single file. Ask a question in plain language inside Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or Zoho and get a grounded, sourced answer assembled from across your systems. No migration, no rebuild of your existing repositories, no new tool for your teams to adopt. CAPABILITIES Connects to your existing systems: SharePoint, Google Drive, network and local folders, SAP, and more. Your knowledge stays where it is; Ask makes it answerable without moving it. Grounded answers in plain language: synthesized from across multiple sources at once, with citations to the exact line in a document or moment in a recording. Ask answers only from your own content, sharply reducing the made-up answers that come with public AI tools. Lives in the tools your teams already use: delivered through Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Zoho, so adoption needs no new habit. Permission-aware by design: before answering, Ask checks exactly what the user is authorized to see and limits retrieval to that. An answer can never surface content the person could not already open themselves. Your choice of AI model: runs on Google Vertex AI (Gemini) by default, OpenAI under a zero-data-retention agreement, or your own model via bring-your-own-key / bring-your-own-model. Knowledge-gap insight: see search performance, answer quality, and the questions coming back unanswered, a direct readout of what your repositories do not yet cover. SECURITY Your documents stay where they are. Ask stores only vector embeddings (mathematical representations of text) in Azure's India regions by default; source files remain in your own systems. When a question is asked, only the relevant passages and the question itself are sent to the AI model, processed in real time and not retained by the AI provider.
