Bam Good Time is club management software for American mahjong, for groups from a weekly game among friends to a mahjong cafe. Organizers post games and lessons, players sign up online, and the software handles waitlists, check-in and table assignments. Every club gets its own website at yourclub.bamgoodtime.com on every plan, and public clubs are listed in the Bam Good Time club directory.
The Free plan covers 5 events a month and 50 players, with registration, check-in, automatic table assignments, player ratings and an analytics dashboard. Members can pay by Venmo or cash. Starter ($19 a month) adds card payments through Stripe Connect with no markup on Stripe's fee, AI-assisted seating, private member-only clubs, paid add-ons at checkout, AI assistants for players and admins, and lesson listings in the public lessons directory. Pro ($49 a month) adds unlimited events and players, league management, multi-round tournaments with automatic pairings and live standings, venue mode for table reservations at cafes and parlors, and custom branding. A white-label Enterprise plan runs the platform on a club's own domain.
Clubs can work from any web browser, the iPhone and iPad app, the Mac app or the Android app. Bam Good Time LLC is based in Columbus, Georgia, and was founded by Heather Cannon.
