Each supplier operates one supplier-branded online store for all its business customers, with account-specific products, variants and negotiated pricing. Suppliers manage catalogues, sizes, colours, inventory, orders, backorders and fulfilment. Customer administrators manage employees, roles, product access, quantity allocations, budget allowances and approval workflows. Employees order approved products themselves, while authorised managers can order on their behalf. The platform brings customer ordering, employee entitlements and supplier fulfilment into one workflow, helping reduce spreadsheets, manual order entry and pricing errors. Subscriptions are based on active business customer accounts, with unlimited products, orders and employees.
