BAIS Agent is an AI customer support assistant for business websites. It answers customers 24/7 using only the business's own documents, FAQs, price lists and web pages. It does not make up prices, policies or discounts; when a question isn't covered, it says so and offers to pass the enquiry to the team. Every bot is tested before delivery and comes with a Grounding Report. Options include human hand-off, your own branding, Telegram or WhatsApp channels, and order-status or booking actions.
