Axion PM is construction project management software for general contractors and real estate developers. It covers field and office work in one system: daily logs with automatic weather, drawings with sheet sets, revisions and markups, RFIs, submittals, specifications, documents, photos, punch lists, meetings and schedules with critical path and lookaheads. On the financial side it includes budgets by cost code, subcontracts and purchase orders, subcontractor pay applications (G702/G703) with retainage, owner billing (lump sum or cost-plus), change orders with e-signatures, cost forecasting and exports to QuickBooks and Sage. Subcontractors, owners and architects can be invited to individual projects with role-based permissions. It runs in a web browser and installs on iPhone and Android. Pricing is a flat $499 per month or $4,990 per year per company, with unlimited users and projects and a 30-day free trial.
