Entity and governance management: multi-level group org chart, corporate officers and mandates across a framework of 132 roles, 95 of them international, covering 15 jurisdictions, deadline tracking with alerts, and bulk operations such as replacing one person across every mandate they hold. Share ownership: share transfer register, capitalisation table, shareholder accounts and one-click exports. General meetings, boards and committees: notice of meeting, attendance sheet, remote voting, electronic signature, and minutes that flow straight into the register with no re-keying. Statutory registers: instant electronic sealing and initialling, evidential archiving, and full history migration from paper registers. Company records are pre-filled from official Infogreffe and INPI data, with no re-keying. What sets it apart: the proof is produced inside the platform.
