Upload a plan set and the AI traces the framing (walls, joists, rafters, headers) and builds the material list from that tracing. Every quantity links back to its trace on the plan, so you can check any number in a click, fix it in the same workspace, and export the approved list to Excel or CSV. First drafts typically come back 80-95% accurate to final quantities in 2-6 hours. Aximos uses your own catalog, stock lengths and estimating rules, and runs built-in QA/QC checks on every draft. Pricing is a subscription plus a per-project fee based on plan-set size, shown before the AI runs; manual tracing is included in the subscription.
