Awsm is an innovative software platform that enables private companies to create a small pool of their equity that they can use to reward and motivate their employees, contractors, partners, agencies, customers and fans. Performance-based equity awards can be shared as easy as Venmo, or can be completely automated, like Stripe. Equity can be awarded in any amount, and can be awarded at any time. Awsm also includes a profit-sharing component to provide short-term cash rewards tied to each member's long-term ownership amount.
