The platform covers the full award lifecycle. Organizers publish a branded program page, collect submissions through custom entry forms, and charge entry fees that go directly to their own Stripe account, with no percentage taken. Categories, awards, deadlines, and judging criteria are configured in a guided setup, and programs go from signup to accepting entries in under 30 minutes. Judging runs through a dedicated judge portal: each judge receives a personal link, sees exactly which entries are assigned, and scores against weighted criteria with progress saved automatically. Organizers can assign every judge to every entry, split entries per judge, or group judging into rooms, and add audience voting alongside. Entrant communication is built in.
