Being scale-able allowed our organization to monitor each departments implementation independently and gauge its results separately. The data from multiple sources and systems all get captured into one centralized system which truly allows our organization to gauge efficiencies and make adjustments in real time.

I like that it is server based and i can access it on any computer at work. The menu is pretty easy to navigate too. IT does great if you want to write reports against the Data. The Tables are clean and easy to find what you are looking for. The customer service has been very good thus far and they are always adding more features. The xml upload has saved us a lot of time. This is one of the best features they added. The User defined fields are very nice to input custom data.
