Auxilis builds AI agents for frontline patient contact, such as inbound calls, follow-ups, review coordination and waiting-list outreach, and runs them for you. We scope the workflow with your team, build the agent, test it, and operate it on our own infrastructure, so there is nothing for you to host or maintain. Our in-house platform lets us build quickly, with regression and exploratory testing on every change and compliance evidence produced as the agent is developed. On this platform we have built Jackie, an AI GP receptionist now live in the NHS. Jackie handles thousands of patient calls every month, helping GP practices lower their operating costs while giving patients a faster, better service.
