ReviewSaathi is a done-for-you service for Indian local businesses that want every Google review answered. It writes a short, kind reply to each review, usually within a day. Reviews of 1 to 3 stars, and sensitive ones (refund, legal threat, safety, a complaint about a person), go to the owner's email first, and nothing is posted until the owner taps Post. The owner adds ReviewSaathi as a Manager on the Google profile and can remove it at any time; the Google password is never shared. Each month the owner gets a short report: reviews gained, a comparison with nearby shops, and what to fix on the Google page. One plan: Rs.3,499 a month + GST, or Rs.34,999 a year + GST. No setup fee.
