I find the ability to build prompts and use a complete library of voices and tools incredibly useful. The midcall tools allow us to make the AI perform like an agent, and the analytics and outbound campaigns work really well. But what stands out the most is the support; especially with the highest plan, the team is worth every penny. We communicate with them via WhatsApp and get replies within a few hours or even minutes. They really dive into the details to help with everything, from automation challenges to prompt structuring and debugging. It's been phenomenal working with them.
