AutoCalcs is a browser-based platform for modelling and analysing 3D structures, with integrated hot-rolled steel member design checks to AISC 360-16/22, Eurocode 3, AS 4100:2020, and CSA S16-19. Users can model beams, frames, trusses, and plates, then run linear, P-Delta, elastic buckling, and modal analyses without installing desktop software. Results include forces, deflections, stresses, plate contours, and animated mode shapes. AutoCalcs also provides detailed PDF calculation reports, a custom section builder, cloud project storage, and practical engineering calculators. The analysis service is based on a customised fork of the open-source Pynite finite element library.
