Authic is definitely one of the very few solutions out there that feels like it is designed with businesses in mind. The app itself is very clean and fully branded, and just feels like it is an extension of your company rather than an add-on that you're using. It is also super easy to set up and the app actually focusses on things that really matter for me as an owner: customer retention, referrals and engagement. Once the loyalty app is set up, it requires almost no work on my end and runs in the background. Our clients love it!
