ChaseList is a month-end document collection tool for solo and small bookkeeping practices. Each month, every client receives one secure link that lists exactly which items are still missing, such as bank statements, credit card statements, payroll reports and receipts. Clients upload from a phone or computer without creating an account or remembering a password, and items tick off automatically as files arrive. Reminders run on a fixed schedule (day 0, 3, 7, 14, then weekly) and stop as soon as everything is received. The bookkeeper sees at a glance which clients are complete and which are holding up the close. Reusable month-end checklist templates cover recurring requests per client. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, links expire and rotate, and files are deleted automatically 90 days after the period closes. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per practice rather than per request.
