Auditably is a disclosure control system for IFRS S2 reporting. It structures the 33 disclosure paragraphs as a controlled reporting cycle: every figure traced to a source document, every review and approval recorded, every change attributed, every evidence file hashed at upload. The activity log is append-only at database level and rejects edits and deletions.
