It covers scheduling with online booking, patient records with specialty-specific intake forms, prescriptions and medical certificates, insurance billing (TISS standard), professional commission calculation, financial management, appointment reminders and confirmations via WhatsApp, telehealth, role-based access control and automatic backups. Its AI features record the consultation audio and generate a summary in the patient record, assist clinicians in writing progress notes, and summarize the patient's history. Pricing is per healthcare professional; front-desk and billing staff users are included at no extra cost. Available as a cloud (web) service or installed on the clinic's own server.
