Atomify builds AI assistants, process automation and CRM systems for growing companies. We take over repetitive work: assistants that answer clients in messengers and on the website, processes that prepare documents and move data between services, and CRM set up around a specific sales pipeline. We also build custom AI applications. The company was founded in Warsaw in 2024. The team is six people covering development, automation, AI/ML, ads and support, and we work in English, Polish, German, Ukrainian and Russian. Over two years more than sixty companies from seven industries have worked with us, most often online stores, restaurants, clinics, law firms and real estate agencies.
