ATOM Signatures is an email signature management platform for Microsoft 365 and Outlook, built and hosted in Canada. IT admins design signatures once in a visual editor, target them by Microsoft 365 group, user or shared mailbox, and an event-based Outlook add-in applies them automatically on every new email, reply and forward. It works on Outlook for Windows, Mac, the web, the new Outlook, and Outlook mobile on iOS and Android. Employees have nothing to install or configure. Unlike server-side signature tools, ATOM inserts signatures client-side: your emails are never rerouted through a third-party server and never leave Microsoft 365. Employee details (name, title, phone) are read from your directory through Microsoft Graph with read-only access, so signatures stay up to date when someone changes roles or leaves. Configuration data is hosted 100% in Canada, which simplifies compliance with Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA.
