Owl Impact turns everyday community work into funder-ready evidence. Staff and volunteers log time, outcomes, distance travelled and in-kind contributions in minutes on a phone; reports build themselves, ready for a funder, a board or a bid. Every figure carries its rate, source and year — published in full on the public methodology page — and the three lenses (cost, social value, in-kind) are reported side by side and never summed, so nothing is double-counted. Outcomes are recorded as dated events against anonymous participant codes: no names, no participant personal data, ever. Aligned with UK frameworks including the National TOMs and the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act. Built in Wales for charities, youth organisations, schools and community groups.
