All-in-One CRM Solution with Stellar Performance

I love that Atlas has everything in one place, letting me do everything at speed without needing multiple systems. The integration of CRM, ATS, and VoIP in one platform is so efficient. I appreciate how quickly I can find candidates with the magic search feature—it helps me find exactly what I need. The magic AI columns that grade candidates based on various criteria like SEB and calls give me excellent guidance. And being able to call candidates directly from within the platform using Ringover is fantastic. The initial setup was so easy, it was almost too easy. Overall, Atlas is considerably better than any other platform I've ever used, and the customer engagement is quick.

Atlas: Enhanced CRM with Game-Changing AI Features

I really like Atlas because its native AI is a complete game changer. It provides significantly more visibility over our entire business operations and solves key problems like better tracking of BD emails. I love how it offers way more structure and organization of the market we're targeting, with all companies mapped out as targets. The AI feature allows anyone on the team to ask specific questions about a candidate and get accurate answers immediately. The built-in notetaker is fantastic because it means when I'm taking interview feedback, I'm not guessing; instead, the AI has already analyzed the interview and identified positive and friction points, which helps me manage interview processes better. Additionally, Atlas is much more user-friendly compared to what we used before, and the phone system integrating directly into candidate activities so we don't have to manually type notes is a game changer. The customer service is also much better.

Streamlined Recruitment with Robust Data Tracking

I find that Atlas has enabled us to accurately track both client and candidate data sets in one place. The automation within the tool is excellent, and Atlas includes Claude MCP, which was our main reason for switching. It tracks inmails by scraping the data from the page, reducing manual input. Atlas also automatically enriches company information and has a neat way of tracking relationships across companies and VCs.
