Set the frequency and season of each recurring service once (mowing every two weeks from April to October, hedge trimming every quarter, monthly flower-bed maintenance) and the app proposes every visit at the right time, in a logical route, taking the weather into account.
Due visits are ranked by priority (urgent, to schedule, flexible) and the week's appointments are proposed in one click. Each day is ordered by driving time, as a list or on a map. Rain or wind in the forecast? Exposed appointments can be postponed in one tap.
