Zolensa is a mobile ethnography and video diary platform built for qualitative research agencies and insight teams.
Participants answer tasks on their own phone or computer. They send videos, photos, voice notes, screen recordings and text. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. The participant app works in 30 languages, and invitations and reminders go by email, WhatsApp or text message.
Your team sets tasks by study day, in each participant's own time zone. You can show concept boards, packs, ads or a website to test. Every answer comes in with a transcript and a translation. You can tag answers, cut video highlights and build highlight reels with subtitles. AI themes come with quotes that are checked word for word against the source.
Zolensa also runs live video interviews and group discussions with 2 to 10 participants. They include an observation room, chat, recording and transcripts.
Clients get a read-only view with participants shown by code. Consent is signed in the participant's language, and retention is set per study.
Plans are priced by active participants, paid monthly or yearly. Studies, team members, clients and storage are unlimited. Start with a free trial.
