I like AssistLoop's ease of use compared to other systems. I appreciate being able to give access to my managers, so they can help build a database of answers. It reduces their need to answer calls or minor inquiries, as the answers come from our website database. The system allows my managers to use their knowledge to create databases that AI can draw from, reducing direct communication but still offering the ability to connect to employees if needed. I also love that it can show product pricing and details for both online and in-person training, lightening the workload and pressure on our managers and sales team. The setup was extremely easy, and the learning curve is very small, especially compared to other programs.
