I have to say, Assemble is a great piece of software. It’s simple to use and gives me much better control and visibility over the jobs I’m pricing. I was using another program before, but I was paying for a bunch of features I didn’t use. Assemble has exactly what I want, and I’m not tied into any contracts. The team was very helpful in getting me set up with my first templates, and since then estimating jobs has become a repeatable process I can run through again and again. I’ve also been able to send out more estimates using company-headed emails, which really helps me stand out as professional and shows that I know what I’m talking about. They’ve just rolled out AI page scaling and page naming, which I find really helpful on the takeoff side of things, and I’m excited to see what else is coming.

For that specific box, I’d keep it short and natural: What I liked most was how easy it was to use, particularly as someone who knew very little about building. I was doing an extension on my house and it gave me a much better understanding of the quantities and costs involved. It saved me a lot of time getting my head around the job and, more importantly, helped me keep a handle on the costs.

Easy to use and cost-effective, with great support whenever I need it. It’s been really helpful for communicating with clients as well as the guys on site, keeping everyone on the same page.
