AskSpot is an AI agent platform that automates customer service for e-commerce businesses. It connects to your storefront, helpdesk, and marketplace inboxes to handle incoming customer queries without human involvement. The platform has two components. The Chat Agent sits on your website and responds to customer questions in real time - including product-specific queries, order status checks, delivery and return inquiries, and purchase guidance. It pulls data from your product feed, order management system, and knowledge base to generate accurate responses. The Inbox Agent integrates with helpdesk tools like Thulium and FreshDesk, as well as marketplace inboxes like Allegro. It reads incoming tickets, identifies the request type, fetches relevant data from connected systems, and either resolves the ticket automatically or generates a draft reply for a human agent to review. AskSpot supports 20+ languages, integrates with e-commerce platforms via API, and is hosted on Microsoft Azure with GDPR-compliant data processing. Pricing is pay-per-use based on resolved conversations and processed tickets.
