askHermis builds AI agents for hotels. The agents answer guests around the clock on WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Messenger, OTA messages, email, SMS, phone and website chat, using live data from the hotel's PMS. They take direct bookings, run web check-in, sell upgrades and extras, and route guest requests to housekeeping and maintenance. Each agent runs in AI Auto, Copilot (a person approves every reply) or Off mode, and every action stays on the record. Data is stored in the EU. askHermis connects to PMS, channel managers, locks, POS and payments, including Mews, Cloudbeds, Apaleo, Oracle, WebHotelier and Hotelizer.
