Askesis is a coaching platform for strength and hypertrophy personal trainers, built in Spain for Spanish-speaking coaches in Spain and Latin America (interface fully in Spanish). Coaches program training with RPE, RIR and %1RM, track client progress (tonnage, PRs, body measurements, progress photos), manage nutrition (diets, macros, recipes and a food barcode scanner), send forms and check-ins, chat and run video calls, and collect payments with Stripe. Clients get the coach's own branded app on iPhone and Android, with no App Store fees. Includes the Askesis AI assistant.
