Guides can include arrival instructions, Wi-Fi, parking, house rules, appliance directions, checkout details, and local recommendations. Guests open the guide through a link or QR code without installing an app or creating an account. They can browse its sections or ask questions. Askello answers using the host’s published content, identifies the source section, and says when the guide does not contain an answer. Unanswered questions are collected for the host, helping improve the guide over time. Hosts can edit, reorder, translate, and publish guide sections, add photos, and download a print-ready QR card.
