It replaces spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and paper registers with a single system for tracking orders and dispatch from first contact through to close, sending automatic WhatsApp client updates as orders move through stages, tracking payments and milestones, and generating dispatch and client documents automatically. Currently in early access, ShapedOps is built and operated by Ashlyticss, a data analytics agency based in Ahmedabad, India.
