For leave management, it keeps everything organized, shows leave accrual for each employee, and sends notifications. We can even approve leave with a simple response in Slack, which is very convenient because we don’t need to log in to the portal. For attendance management, it clearly informs us of the days we need to pay for by the end of the month.
