ArtifexPro is a lean software for small trade businesses (1–40 employees). Field staff log start/end times on their phones – statutory breaks are deducted automatically. Materials are imported from wholesaler catalogues via DATANORM (v4/v5) including purchase prices; sales prices are calculated with a configurable markup. In the office, hours and materials become an invoice in a few clicks – including ZUGFeRD e-invoicing compliant with EN 16931 (mandatory in Germany from 2027/2028). For temporary staff and subcontractors, ArtifexPro creates timesheets as PDFs with signature lines, plus CSV exports for payroll. Quotes, estimates, partial payments, dunning and email sending from your own mailbox are included.
