shortshort turns one long video into vertical shorts that are ready to post. You upload a talk, a podcast episode, a lesson or a webinar (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 2 GB and 3 hours). The AI watches the whole video with its audio, selects distinct passages and ends each one on a complete sentence, so a clip never stops mid-thought: a short runs up to 25% shorter or longer than the length you asked for, for that reason. Each passage is cropped to 9:16 and the frame follows the speaker, with emphasis zooms bounded between x1.0 and x1.6; slides and wide shots are kept full-frame. Every word is timed on the audio and captioned in one of four styles: Spotlight, Impact, Karaoke and Minimal. Shorts export as MP4, 1080 x 1920, 30 fps, from 3 per video on the free plan up to 20 on the top plan. Generation runs on the server, so you can close the tab and come back to finished files. Every cut, keyframe, zoom, title and caption stays editable before you render, and the manual editor and its export work without an account. Pricing is per minute of source video: 1 credit = 1 minute analysed, whatever the number of shorts you ask for. Every account starts with 60 free credits and no card is required. Paid plans start at 12 EUR a month. Each short you publish gets a public page showing it next to the original video and the full transcript, so anyone can compare the before and the after.
