Arregio is browser-based software designed for repair shops in 24 trades, including motorcycle, phone, car, bicycle, computer, appliance and air conditioning shops, with device templates for most trades, a generic device template for the rest and suggested services for several trades. Shops create work orders, attach photos of the device and of the repair, print order labels with a barcode and can collect the customer's signature at delivery. Each order moves through up to eight statuses, and customers approve quotes from a link without installing an app or creating an account. From the Starter plan, commissions are calculated automatically per technician and period, and shops can send automatic WhatsApp and email notifications when an order is received, when customer approval is requested and when it is ready for pickup; each channel is configurable by the shop, and WhatsApp uses the plan's monthly message credits. Each role sees only what it is allowed to see: technicians never see prices on store orders, and whether they see their own commission amounts is a setting chosen by the shop. Arregio also includes customer records with history per device, a parts catalog with stock, reports and, from the Pro plan, several branches under one account and a calendar where customers book drop-off and pickup through a link sent by the shop. Parts and services can be imported from Excel.
