It's customizable in terms of the labels, allowing us to match our internal business definitions, which makes it really easy to train people without having to translate terminology. This simplification has meant smooth adoption across the board. The initial setup was really easy despite our complex setup, thanks to the support and onboarding we received. The web development team was incredible, the product and onboarding teams were great, and our customer success manager has been fantastic from onboarding all the way through the years.
