Arianee builds the open infrastructure behind Digital Product Passports. Founded in Paris in 2018, the company operates a decentralised protocol that lets brands create, validate and publish product passports compliant with EU regulation - ESPR, the Battery Pass, the WEEE Directive, the EUDR - and the French AGEC law, from a single data repository. Product data is ingested from existing ERP, PLM and PIM systems, modelled once with JSON-LD, GS1 Web Vocabulary and Schema.org, validated continuously by a compliance engine as regulations evolve, and anchored on-chain with legal archiving. Beyond compliance, the same passport carries authentication, warranty, certified repair, managed resale, supply chain traceability and first-party owner relationship use cases. Because the protocol is open and decentralised, brand data stays portable: passports outlive the choice of provider. 3.4M+ passports run in production for 50+ brands including Breitling, Fnac Darty and Lacoste, across 40+ markets. Arianee is SOC 2 Type II certified, a GS1 partner, and uses Arkhineo (Docaposte) for NF Z42-013 legal archiving.
