The INDIGO team listens to customers' needs and incorporates the needed standard (UNIMARC etc.) into the metadata model. The customer support / educator provides individual training for working with the software. Documentation/tutorials are built-in INDIGO. It's easy to save a record, add files and publish them. The most used functionalities are adding files, adding descriptive metadata, OCR, indexing, creating reports, importing from exiting databases (migration to INDIGO), exporting data, building an user portal (website) from the records.
